Data we collect

Contact form: first name, last name, email address, company (optional) and the content of the message you write. These are the only fields we ask for.

Direct correspondence: if you write or call us, we process the data you choose to share with us.

Technical data: our host records the IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type in its server logs, for security and operational reasons.

This site sells nothing online and asks for no payment data.

Ensuring the security, availability and performance of the site: legitimate interest.

How the contact form is handled

Messages sent from the site are routed by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which forwards your message to our professional mailbox and keeps a copy for the duration of processing.

We do not use these contact details to send you a newsletter or any unsolicited commercial approach.

Website hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States), served from the Frankfurt region (Germany).

Contact form routing: Formspree, Inc. (United States).

Sending our transactional emails: Resend, Inc. (United States).

Administration area reserved for our team: authentication by Clerk, Inc., image storage by UploadThing, and a PostgreSQL database managed by our host. This area contains no data about visitors to the public site.

Audience measurement: Vercel Analytics.

We do not sell, rent or trade any personal data.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site sets no advertising cookies and carries out no behavioural tracking.

Vercel Analytics provides aggregated, cookieless audience measurement that does not allow you to be identified individually.

No consent banner is therefore required to browse this site.

Retention periods

Messages received through the contact form: up to 2 years after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is ongoing.

Documents subject to a legal retention obligation: 10 years, in accordance with Swiss law.

Technical server logs: a few weeks at most.

Transfers outside Switzerland

Several of our providers are established in the United States. These transfers rely on appropriate contractual safeguards (standard data protection clauses) and on the applicable adequacy decisions.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
